Happy Birthday Uncle Ty

On Saturday October 23rd, we celebrated Uncle Ty's 25th birthday. We bundled up and headed out to Sauvie Island. We navigated our way through the corn maze, ate freshly made Kettle Corn, and bought pumpkins. We lucked out and missed the rain! It started pouring as soon as we got back to our cars. After the pumpkin patch we headed for Grandma and Grandpa Stanley's house for crock pot chili with gourmet fixing's (tomatoes with cilantro, diced avocado, green chilies, cheddar cheese, lime infused sour cream, Fritos, spiral noodles-oh so good, tortilla crisps, peppercinis, and green onion). Cori Lou made stuffed mushrooms, yum! And of course there was cornbread with honey butter. I made Ty a "pumpkin patch" cake (cupcakes decorated like pumpkins). Cori's parents joined us, we had a great night!

Ty will turn 25 on October 31st. He will be celebrating his birthday in New Orleans with Cori and the Saints!
